At Special Touch Event Hire you don't even have to choose one of our ready made packages. We can create a package that is fully tailored to your requirements, providing all of the essentials that you need.

2. How Far in Advance Should I Book?



This is crucial for securing your preferred date. For instance, we're currently booking well into 2026-2027, especially for wedding styling. Popular dates can book up quickly, so understanding the booking timeline is essential.

3. What is Your Payment and Deposit Structure?


Clear payment terms are essential for both you and your event stylist. At Special Touch Event Hire we keep things straightforward with our payment structure:

  • A deposit is required to secure your date and chosen package
  • All deposits are processed via bank transfer only - this helps us maintain secure and traceable transactions
  • Your final balance is due 3 weeks before your event date, giving you plenty of time to manage your budget
  • We'll send you clear payment reminders and details to ensure nothing is overlooked

4. Do You Have Insurance?



Professional stylists should always have proper insurance coverage, many venues will request this. At Special Touch Event Hire we maintain full public liability insurance and annual PAT testing for all electrical equipment, giving our clients peace of mind.

Understanding the logistics is important for venue coordination. For example, our setup typically takes 2-5 hours depending on the package, and we offer flexible breakdown options including next-day service.

Remember too you don't necessarily have to book a package with us! Decor can be hired individually too.
